Do you love helping little ones learn, grow, and reach their first milestones? Little Leaders Academy of the Arts is seeking caring, dependable, and engaging Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team.
We’re looking for teachers who bring patience, positive energy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and welcoming classroom.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and social development.
- Manage feeding, diapering, and nap routines while following each child’s individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health and safety procedures.
- Communicate with families about daily routines, progress, and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience caring for infants or toddlers in a childcare setting preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to actively supervise and support young children throughout the day.
- Ability to meet applicable childcare background screening and training requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
